Have an overload of eggs so trying to back up a storm and freeze it for my poor starving uni student kids :o)
Thought about making custard slice, but wondering if it can be frozen!

Denheath ones are frozen, however, their mix is quite different to "standard" custard

I've just bumped a couple of older threads about using lots of eggs, might give you some ideas :)
