Yes, tastes great, I only put a tiny bit of water in as it releases alot itself, take the skin off once it has cooked and crackel under the grill. yummy.

I only ever use the crockpot for roast pork, I dry it out if I use the oven! I put on a squirt of soya sauce and mustard for flavouring and then cook it just as Debsaid does.
