Today I tried an amazing Pineapple Lump inspired cupcake. I went looking for pineapple essence but to no avail. Is this even able to be found! Or would I use something like pineapple syrup for things like milkshakes!

We thought about that. But the ones I tried today tasted exactly like Yellow Chocolate (if you tried it) and I think it was because it used that artificial flavouring if pineapple. It's kinda what makes me think pineapple lumps :)
Ps - I still have 3 bars of Yellow Chocolate :) Saving then for a rainy day

Rawleighs have wonderful essence flavours, I've got pineapple, boysenberry, strawberry, apricot, peach, coconut, pina colada and rum butter of theirs. I use the pina colada flavour in mock cream in banana cake, so YUM!
For faux bourbon and whisky because the real ones are matured in oak casks for a minimum of 3 years.
