from google, This is one of the family's real favourites (not mine this is all from google)

Dundas Street Chops

6 neck chops ( lamb or mutton)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 oxo beef cube ( 1 tsp. dry stock)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1½ cups hot water
2 tablespoons cornflour ( cornstarch)
2 tablespoons water

Brown chops in a saucepan. Mix brown sugar, ginger, curry powder, stock
cube, tomato sauce and hot water together. Pour over chops. Cover and
simmer for 1½ to 2 hours, or until chops are tender. Skim any fat from
the surface using paper towels. Mix cornflour and water together. Stir
into meat and bring to boil.

I also do this in the oven at 350ºF and also throw into the crockpot for
about 5 hours. I have also simmered on the wood fire stove top but it
takes longer doing it that way.

I do something similar with chops, but use the pressure-cooker.40 minutes-surely this uses less power! 5 hours!!
