This is a curry made with mince that my husband loves. 2 Tbls Oil, 2 Medium onions sliced, 2 cloves garlic (or use the crushed), 1 Tbls grated fresh ginger (fresh best), 1/2 or more crushed chillis (I use from the jar), 1 Tbls fennel seeds, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp ground tumeric, 1 tsp ground cardamon, 3 bay leaves, 1 Kg mince, 1 cup chicken stock, 2 medium tomatoes chopped coarsely.Heat oil and fry onion when soft tip in spices for couple of minutes, add mince then stock.Add tomatoes about ten minutes before end of cooking time.

I use less than kilo of mince for two of us, still turns out good.

Have done it with chunks of Beef, still prefer the lamb though, but lamb is lamb.

It turned out ok.but don't think I will do it with mince again.Lamb is best:)
