Has anyone got a good easy recipe using beef mince.

Meatballs Ingredients: 400g mince beef2 slices bread1 beef oxo cubesalt and pepperfinely chopped parsleycelery salt2 cloves crushed garlic1 egg dash of worcestershire saucedash of soya sauce1 tsp dry mustard powder1 large onion Method: Thaw mince in refrigerator and break up well. Place bread in food processor till crumbed. Chop up one large onion into quarters and add. Add all other ingredients adding mince last piece by piece. Wet hands and roll mixture into smallish balls. Then either; brown and cook through in a frypan, drop into boiling stock until cooked or bake in oven and serve with sauce as below. Variations: Can add vegetables such as sliced mushrooms and pre cooked diced carrots. Serve in a tomato pasta sauceORsatay sauceORbisto home made gravyOR sweet chilli sauce Add mixed herbsORdried oregano to the processor when mixing. Boiled meatballs usually get added to spaghetti sauce and served over pasta. (Any extra can be free flowed frozen and used at a later date)

How about this one wimwom!It's good, really easy, freezes well but it uses both mince and sausagemeat.
MEATBALLS IN RED SAUCE Sauce: 2 tbsp butter 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp brown sugar ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce ¼ cup vinegar 1 thin slice lemon 1 cup each oftomato sauceandwater
Fry the onion in the butter until tender.Add the remaining ingredients and bring the sauce to the boil.
Meat Balls: 1½ cups soft breadcrumbs ½ cup milk 454g mince 227g sausagemeat 1 small onion, chopped saltandpepper 1 egg, lightly beaten
Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk until all the milk is absorbed. Blend the mince and sausagemeat.Add the onion, salt and pepper, then the egg and soaked breadcrumbs.Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and place them in a roasting dish.Pour the sauce carefully over and around the meatball portions. Bake, uncovered, at180°Cfor1 hour.Turn the balls after 30 minutes and check the sauce level - sprinkle in a little water if necessary.:-))

Baby Meatballs (For 48 Baby Meatballs): or can be made as larger size, with indonesian sauce over the top. 1 medium onion 2 cloves garlic 2-3 spring onions 1/4 cup chopped parsley 450-500g minced beef/pork. 1/4 cup fine breadcrumbs 1 egg white 1 TBSP cornflour 1 TBSP soya sauce 1 TBSP sesame or light oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar
Chop onion, garlic and spring onion finely. Place into thefood processor bowl and addother ingredients gradually, pulsing the mixture to mix evenly. Using wet hands roll the mixture into balls.
Cook in a non stick pan drizzled with 1-2 TBSP oil for 2 mins each side, working clockwise around the pan to turn the balls.
Serve withIndonesian dipping sauce on the side.
Indonesian Dipping Sauce
2 cloves garlic chopped 2 tsp grated root ginger 2 TBSP dark soya sauce 2 TBSP Lemon juice 1 TBSP oil 3-4 drops hot pepper sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 TBSP peanut butter 1/4 cup water
Combine ingredients in small pan and heat, (or microwave in a pyrex jug,) stirring until smooth and thickened. Sauce can be diluted with extra water if it is too thick.

These are really good! Meat balls Meatballs-500g mince, 250g sausage meat, ½uncooked rice, 1tsp curry powder, salt & pepper, 1 egg, 1 onion, 1 Tbsp chopped parsley.
Sauce-½cup water, ½cup tomato sauce, 3tsp Worcester sauce, 2 Tbsp vinegar, ¼cup brown sugar, 2Tbsp fruit (I use Branston chutney) or tomato chutney. Combine over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Bake in moderate oven 30-60mins. Baste occasionally.

Porcupine Meatballs 1 small brown onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 600g minced beef 1/2 cup uncooked medium grain white rice 2 tablespoons tomato sauce salt and pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil
420g can tomato soup 400g can diced tomatoes 1 cup water 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil spaghetti or mashed potato, to serve fresh herbs, to garnish
Combine onion, garlic, mince, uncooked rice and tomato sauce in a large bowl. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Roll level tablespoons of mince mixture into balls.
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add meatballs. Cook, turning until browned all over. Remove from heat.
Combine tomato soup, diced tomatoes, water and basil in a large saucepan. Bring to boil. Add meatballs to pan. Simmer covered for about 30 minutes, or until rice is tender (do not stir meatballs).
Serve meatballs on spaghetti or mashed potato. Garnish with fresh herbs.

1/2 cup rice 675gr mince 1 small onion chopped 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1 (310 gr) tin tomato soup Wash rice and mix with meat, onion, salt, pepper and mustard. Form into balls. Put into casserole dish and pour over soup plus one can water. Cook mod oven. Doesn't say how long.maybe an hour and a half
