Marmalade works brilliantly with pork.put some on when baking them, and add it to a light gravy made from pan drippings simmered with a little wine or stock.

I like softened onions, sage and cream all reduced down and poured over top.
Pour a tin of apricots over them.Apple sauce is also good for serving with them.
<(*@*)>I love pork!

apple and cranberry sauce - several recipes on line if you search but easily made by heating a can of baby food apples with some dried cranberries (craisins). addlittlecinnamon or mixed spice if wanted for extra taste.

I usually just bake in soya sauce, sliced onions, oyster sauce, garlic, honey/brown sugar (or both, or I have used apricot jam as well), pepper & chinese five spice.A marinade and sauce ;) Easy and tastes good.

This is our family fave: mix 125ml water, 2 tblspns Lemon juice, 1 tblspn Sweet Chilli Sauce, 1 tblspn Worcestershire sauce, 2 tspns dry Mustard Powder,1 small Onion finely chopped, 3 tblspns Brown Sugar and salt & pepper to taste. Brown your chops then pour this over, cover & simmer till cooked. Enjoy!

We love marmalade placed on chop & cooked in oven bag. Cut off crackling & place beside oven bag & it crackles up great. Sometimes needs a bit of time under grill to finish off. Haven't cooked pork chops any other way since I started doing this. I use a good table spoon of marmalade.

I use the Maggi Slow Cooker Honey Pork sachets, even if I'm not using the slow cooker, just follow packet directions and cook in oven.yummy!
