Wondering if anybody has an answer to this. If you have a small food producing premise such as a cafe, is it legal to have the bottles for bottled gas appliances sitting within the kitchen. Some have said illegal, some have said itslegal, although preferable for them to be outside. ! Any views or real legal knowledge on this

I think it would depend on your local council as to what the regulations are.

You should check with a registered gasfitter.Have a look at this site:
