Just found out we have people coming around for tea and have no food in the house.
I have: Chicken Mince Feta Paste Rice - brown and white Potatoes 1 Lime, 1 Lemon and a few more bits and pieces.
Sounds like lots! But i've actually never cooked using chicken mince and have 0 ideas. Don't really like the idea of meat balls, as not enough chicken mince to really make enough for everyone.
