Help I urgently need pancakes (Im pregnant) but my Edmond's cookbook is trapped in a drawer . infact it is jamming the drawer. Anyone have the recipe handy! Thanks

125g(4 oz)flour, 1/8th teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 or 2 eggs about 300mlmilk Sift dry ingredients together, make a well in the centre and drop in eggs, than add milk to make a thin batter.Pour into a jug.Heat a little butter or lard (sufficient to cover bottom of pan) until smoking hot.Cover bottom of pan with batter and cook until browned, turn and cook the other side.Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.
