Cream Puffs

Has anyone got the recipie for cream puffs. I seem to have missplaced my Edmonds book.

From Memory
2oz butter, 1/2c water, 1/2 c flour, 2 eggs,
Bring to boil in a pot butter & water. Take off heat & quickly mix in flour. Drip in 5 big blobs into a food processor with a blade on. Tip in half the prebeaten egg. Whizz for 10seconds, add rest egg, whizz another 10seconds. Spoon onto greased tray. Bake 40mins 200 degrees

3oz Butter, 5oz Flour, 1 Cup water, 4 small eggs, 1 desertsp sugar, 1t Vanilla. PLace butter & water in a saucepan & bring to the boil, remove from heat & immediately add all the flour at once & mix to a dough, add the sugar & vanilla, then eggs one at a time mixing well between each. Place in spoonfuls onto a greased baking tray, bake at 200 C for 20mins, turn oven off & leave them in to cool to help dry them out. This is the recipe from my Edmonds book.
