For a good soy milk use a bland soy milk like So Good, 2T of a high bacteria dairy yoghurt mixed with a little of the soy milk, put into the container of your easiyo, add the rest of the 1L of soy milk and stir well.
Pour boiling water around outside of container and leave for 5 - 8 hours.
Make sure utensils etc are sterilised. The longer you leave it the more tangy it gets. This yoghurt is very thick. Can blend the soy milk with cashews for a creamier yoghurt.Blend with some fruit if you are unfamiliar with the soy flavour although this is very mild.Add vanilla,
maple syrup etc to flavour if required.

It was So Good that I used and I followed your instructions pretty much to the letter but I just don't like the flavour and certainly didn't taste like yoghurt - too bland - I'm so glad that I don't have to have soy milk. The smell put me off as well.
