I would like to know if I can use Lemonades (A sweet variety of lemon) to make Lemon Curd. I use them all the time for lots of baking, fish etc, but they are not as strong in lemon flavour and I often use extra zest to boost the lemoness. Does the Curd need the acidity of real lemons or should I just have go with extra zest?

the flavour of the lemon is what helps with the taste but if you like a softy lemon taste then use the others... . . have fun! !

Yes they will work, but will not be as acid. You can make curd with any citrus fruit.

You can use whatever you like. I have made it with lemons, oranges and also tangeloes and they were all delicious and different.
