Could anyone please tell me the difference , if any, between lemoncurd and lemon honey. maybe they are used in different ways for different recipes. thanks

Yes. It can be made with oranges or tangeloes as well. I just took the recipe and slightly reduced the sugar to compensate for the sweeter fruit.
