If you are going to store it, I would put it in the freezer in perhaps ice cream containers. Can use them straight from the freezer if you wish.

I store in an airtight tin and if I forget I made it (unusual occurence) then it will last up to a month but normally gets eaten well before then.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
