Yes...before and after baked.I do and handy.My much lovedGrandma loved to nibble on frozen yoyos that she'd buy from nearby bakery....was a custom while stayingwith Granny ....after tea to be given one!!!...MEMORIES....

Yes I always freeze it.Only way I can make it last with teenage kids!!
