Hi there I had gotten a corn fritter recipe off this mb using whisked egg whites folded in at the end - does anyone still have this!

1 small tin corn 50gr flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg seperated Drain corn, and mix the drained corn with the flour, salt and baking powder. Stir the egg yolk into the corn mixture. beat the egg white stiffly and fold into the batter. Fry in shallow oil or butter until golden brown, turning once.
