Meant to say also that it's Manuka Smoke - absolutely amazing. I spray it on the BBQ hotplate before I cook the steaks - gorgeous flavour!

Thanks mazzy1, expecting some smoke tomorrow. Want to try a crockpot hangi and am flying real blind at the moment, don't really know how to apply the smoke.

Use only half a teaspoon for the crockpot, and then add a drop at a time to taste. I only use a teaspoon when cooking a 5 kg ham, and a few drops when roasting tomatoes/capsicums/veges etc.
