Probably not the correct thread for this question?
In lots of household hints they use Blue Dawn dish wash liquid (American I think). What is special about this? Is there a NZ equivalent?
Thanks

I'd really like to know the answer to this too. It seems to be used in the chook house for killing the greeblies so I would like to know if I can just use good old Sunlight to do the same.

Dawn is an ordinary dish detergent. Any dish detergent that claims that it'd good for greasy dishes will do.
