Corned silverside, stews, soups, steamed puddings,chops, everything cooks so much quicker

I've used a pressure cooker for years.I've got two models - a WMF which I use for cooking everyday meals and an All American which I use for preserving etc.My M-I-L was an expert at cooking in them and I picked up tips from her.I use them for cooking anything that can be done in the crockpot (I never use mine at all), soups, desserts etc.Refer to your book and it will give you all the tips you need or go online.

Corned silverside, stews, soups, steamed puddings,chops, everything cooks so much quicker. Always brown the chops and the meat first and don't use any thickener untile after it is cooked. Use a minmum amount of water (your manual will tell you how much) always sit the silverside on a trivet
