I made Anabelle Langbein's coconut mini pavs and they were very yum but made quite a few. Can they be frozen!I know they can be put in aairtight container but not sure about freezing. Thanks very much in advance.

Hi Raewyn. pavlova's freeze beautifully. and if needed, can be used straight from the freezer before being decorated with cream, fruit, etc.then . with the sugar content they don't freeze hard.
Add cream, etc. when you're ready to use them as they don't freeze as well as the pav's.
