Boiling eggs!

OMG - since they last over 2 months at room temp - the mind boggles - how many I would have if they kept 3 times longer in the fridge. Someone else can calculate - currently I get 10 to 15 a day . maybe I need a few more fridges to store them all .

Each to their own - you keep yours at room temp and I'll keep mine in the fridge.My info came from an egg producer's website so I'll believe it.

I don't have the room, for eggs in my fridge. I have never had any go bad, They sit out on the counter, out of the sun.

Put a pin hole in the shell - make sure you don't poke it through the 'membarane' that contains the white - just pierce the shell. You can buy little gadgets for just this purpose from specialty kitchen stores - never had a cracked eggsince I started doing this
