Recipe needing 300 ml of cream

My computer died suddenly yesterday morning so I am typing this on my sons i touch which he wants back, otherwise I would be happy to google for ages. Does anyone have Any great ideas of things I could make today using cream because today is it's best before date. Preferably sweet rather than savory. Thanks in advance:)

Lemonade scones - 300ml cream, 4 cups of flour and 300ml of lemonade

Roast beef or roast pork with cream and mushrooms, creamy mushroom soup, even cream of asparagus if they are out yet wherever you live :)
Put the cream into your tea or coffee, make some scones or pancakes or waffles or crepes or simply whip it and eat with whatever fruit you have .
And with 300ml of cream costing between $2.10 and $2.50 - maybe you can just dump it - if you are worried!

P.S.: I have used cream 2 weeks past "that date" and it was fine. Just taste and smell!

Alternatively if you can't think of anything to use it for today then just whip it and freeze it in "useable" portions

No not those .
these
and put a dollup of whipped cream on top.

IMPOSSIBLE SCONES

Melt 50g butter in a jug.

Whisk in 1 egg.

Add 2 cups of milk.

Add to 4 to 5+ cups of self-raising flour and mix with a knife. This should be a wettish mix.

Oven at 230oC for about 10 mins. Hope you enjoy them! Yummo!

Date or sultana scones. Soak dried fruit in milk for an hour or so before making.

You can add cheese, onion etc for savoury scones. Plain flour can be used, just add 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder Per Cup of flour used.

pancakes and brandy-snaps.
I used to make a nice salad dressing using whipped cream, that kept well. Had curry powder in it.

I guess after that outpouring poster1 will come back to say that her son wouldn't let her have the "i touch" again and that she has now dumped the cream - without tasting it . hope I am wrong!

Best before means just that, doesn't mean it's the last day you can use it.

Use By does.

Freeze it if you don't have a use for it just now.

Ice cream
Whip 300mls cream and then beat in 1/2 can condensed milk.
Add any flavouring you like.
maple syrup
vanilla or other essence
mashed fruit. ( I made some yesterday with a mashed banana in it.)
crushed crunchie bars
etc
This freezes nice and creamy.
