In a bulk meat package.Has been squished with a tenderizer hammer but still not very tender when cooked.Have a feeling it might be flank . anyone got any other suggestions for what it is please or what I can do with it!

If its marinated it wouldve been sitting there for ages thats what they do with the old meat. Supermarket meat is shite at the best of times.

Thanks, yes probably blade (not marinated) I'll try it in a casserole.
