Have just put the Pumpkin soup in the pressure cooker for lunch to have with homemade multi grain bread.
Pumpkin, onion, Italian herbs, tomato paste, chicken oxo cube, potato & hot water.Will cook for 10 mins.Just before it is needed with put the stick mixer through it & reheat.Garnish with chopped parsley.Yum!

Great things pressure cookers.I use mine all the time.I've actually got a very large All American pressure cooker which is great for preserving and I use my WMF smaller one for everyday meals etc.
