I have a recipie asking for coconut milk but only have coconut cream can i dilute the cream or will it matter if i use the cream instead of milk. it is for a chicken curry recipe i have not made before. thanks

I use either, cream just makes it creamier. I've never had problems, tho someone else may tell you different.

Coconut cream will be fine in a curry.

agree use the cream i like it better than milk
