Is it like Marmite?If so then no I don't think it is GF.I usually work on the theory if it does not say on the label it is GF then it is not.

thanks I decided not to use it.I am making a smoked chicken pot pie with tangy lemon potatoe top for a gluten free guest, have decided to make the stock from the skin and the bones with a bit of salt and spices, smells divine and thats just cooking up the bone LOL.

Sounds lovely - I also have a friend who is GF and I have been amazed by some of things which have gluten in.

There is a gluten free yeast extract available,called Mighty Mate I think.
