Dips? Not the usual soup mix with reduced cream...

250gr sour cream
1/2c relish
2TBSPs fesh choped parsley or any fresh herb

250gr sour cream
250gr cr cheese
1/2 jar sweet'n'sour mix
To make like a Salsa, add chopped spring onions, tomatoes, peppers, celery

Avocado & Yoghurt Dip
Mix finely chopped avocado
300ml yoghurt
1 clove crushed garlic
1tsp oil
2tsp vinegar
seasoning

A very yum one is cream cheese, and the anathoth farmstyle pickle.Mix together, chill again and serve :-)

I like to mix 250g sour cream, 150g salad dressing, a couple good-sized dollops of sweet chilli sauce, and a sprinkling of lemon pepper. It makes a nice dip but is also good as a coleslaw dressing to add a bit of zing.

1 round of camabert cheese, 1 tub of cream cheese, 2 spring onions (sliced) blend all together in food processor .. lovely on crackers

1 tub of sour cream ,add to this about 1/2 jar of gerkin relish - yummy with chips or crackers or vege sticks

1 tub cream cheese, i can of smoked salmon (drain, deboned and flaked) mix together really well , with about 1 teaspoon of vingear - yummy on crackers

5 Layer Dip
Spread VERY soft Philly Cheese onto base of dish. Top evenly with Sweet Chilli Sauce, then layer spring onions, finely diced tomatoes then grated cheese on top.

The combination of Philly and S.C Sauce is amazing!! The other layers are a bonus. To reduce the fat use Light Philly and grated cheese alternatives.

This really is a winner with the CC's!! ENJOY.

Red Pepper & Cream Cheese Dip

1 Diced Red Pepper
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Malt Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 teaspoon paprika

Bring all of the above to boil, then simmer till thick, but pourable.Put in 1 tub of cream cheese on to serving dish and pour sauce over when thicken.Enjoy.

Equal parts cream cheese and sour cream then add whatever combo/flavours you like to taste. Avocado and smoked salmon. Onion, gherkin and capsicum. Chilli sauce. etc etc etc.

Chilli Peach Salsa
2 peaches de-stoned & diced (or 1 tin chopped)
3 medium tomatoes diced
4 tablespoons Chilli infused olive oil
2 tablespoons Sauvignon Blanc Vinegar
1 thumb sized piece of ginger finely grated
1 medium red onion finely diced
1 Tablespoon finely chopped mint

Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

There are a couple of different foods called 'tarator' (one is a cold cucumber soup). The lebanese one is a great dip type thing:

RED KIDNEY BEAN DIP (goes best with vegie sticks or corn chips)
Blend together 1 can kidney beans, 1 clove garlic crushed, 1 Tsp lemon jce, 1/2 onion chopped, 1 tsp Worchester sauce, 1 Tsp tomato paste, 1 Tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp chives and pinch cayenne.
