Any know a yummy, simple recipe/way to cook chops in the slow cooker please?

This recipe is also on the diabetic baking thread: lamb chops or neck chops or stewing steak, do not need to be accurate with amounts. Put all ingredients into a slow cooker or casserole dish or pot. Chop 1 onion and add 1Tbsp plain flour, 1Tbsp sugar, 1Tbsp vinegar, 1Tbsp tomato sauce, ½tsp curry powder, ½tsp mustard (powder or prepared), salt and pepper to taste and ½ -1cup of water or stock (use more if doing a large amount ie over 1kg meat). In moderately slow oven or on stove top cook for 2hours. I often add other vegies and dumplings or doughboys as well, to make a one pot meal. (edited spelling mistakes)

throw everything in- any vege you like and forget about it for the day! add a maggi sachet for added flavour. Wouldnt be without my crockpot:-)

Creole Lamb. 1 Onion, 1 capsicum, 1tbsp tomato paste, 3 tsps coriander powder, 2 tsp cumin, 1tsp chili, 3 tsps oregano, trim fat off lamb (or mutton), slice veges and mix, add some stock and cook till nearly done, then add sliced zucchinis.
