Can someone give me a recipe for a pastry base for a fish pie? I did have one, but can't find it. TIA

Short pastry 225gr fkour 1/4tsp salt 125gr butter or marg 1tsp b/powder cold water to mix Sift flour & salt, rub in butter, add b/powder & mix to a very stiff dough with a little water. Roll out very lightly & do not handle more than is necessary. Bake 200 approx 10 -15 mins
Flaky pastry
225gr flour 1/4tsp salt 175gr butter or marg 1tsp lemon juice cold water
Sift flour & salt. Chop in the butter with 2 knives. Add water & lemon juice gradually, mixing to a stiff dough. Roll out 1/4in thick. Fold & roll again Allow pastry to stand covered in a cold place at least 1 hr. Bake 10 - 20 mins @ 230
