marmalade. Use the search panel to the left. In keyword/member type marmalade or grapefruit. change date posted to anytime. I have one somewhere on the diabetic recipes thread and it does use sugar so not diabetic.

Fantastic as juice. I am a desk/computer worker, and I found squeezing grapefruit by hand helped counter-act carpal tunnel syndrome - using your hands to squeeze the big fruit is great exercise for wearing fingers and wrists.
