Uses for Parmesan rinds? One of my books recommends adding these to stock when making however I am a tad nervous the flavor may be too strong. It does seem a shame though to throw these lovely (hard!) tasty things away. Any one use them in any stock, sauces etc? Or anything else?... |

Vegetarian parmesan cheese? Are there any vegetarian parmesan cheeses available! I had a quick look at supermarket but most had rennet and a few said 'enzyme' but I wasnt sure what 'enzyme' was (if it was another word for rennet) Thanks |
