Can anyone help me with a specific coffee cake recipe please! It was called cappuccino cake, and used only the egg yolks in the base with the whites whipped into a pav on top.I also remember it had a decent amount of strong black coffee in the base, not essence. And it was very moist, not dry or spong... |

Edmonds coffee cake I just made it, and it is so little! I mean, the recipe said to divide the mixture between two tins but when i did that it barely covered the bottom of each tin so i just did it all in one. Anyway it looks ok but is really only half the height of the cake... |
