I want to make a cake or quick dessert with oil or marge instead of butter, I have most other basic ingredients floating in the cupboard. Can anyone help?

Try this, its so yummy and really nice warm with custard or ice cream etc or just as a cake or muffins...
i very rarely use butter inrecipes, use marg but just slightly less as it is abit more oily than butter.
