Boil butter, sugar & honey together for 5 mins ... watch it though! ! ! Remove from heat & stir in rice bubbles (and vanilla if using). Pour into greased slice tray & chill in fridge. Cut before completely set.

3 tablespoons brown sugar 3 ozs butter 3 teaspoons honey
Bring to boil and simmer altogether for 4 mins. Remove from heat and stir in:
3 cups rice bubbles
Spread into tin and mark slices after about 5 mins. No refrigeration needed.

a lovely rice bubble biscuit recipe is this one, they are so nice... . . 100gr butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup rice bubbles, Cream the butter & sugar & honey. Add dry ingredients & mix well. Roll into balls, not too big, onto a greased tray, gently flatten, bake at 140c for 15-20 minutes, until golden, loosen with a knife then let cool on the tray.
