Rice Krispie Treats, recipe from an American friend of mine. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter, 10 oz of marshmellows, add 6 cups rice bubbles, press into greased slice tray, cool and cut. Store 2 days at room temp or freeze.

Rice bubble squares:112 grms butter, 1 dspn golden syrup, 112 grms raw sugar, ½ teasp salt, 2 dspns honey, 4-5 cups rice bubbles. Boil all except rice bubbles together gently for 5 minutes. Stir in rice bubbles. Spread in sponge roll tin. Cut when cool.
