o saw no one answered so thought i would to be honest i only ever did a basic cheese sauce do you not have a recipe at all?

I have found that broccoli is one of the few vegetables that cooks nicely in the microwave and keeps it's bright green colour. Then I make a cheese sauce the usual way, butter, cornflour, milk and add grated cheese and season, including a pinch of mustard, this can be done in the microwave or on the stovetop, and I serve this separately to the broccoli so people can put as much or as little onto the broccoli as they want. I find making broccoli cheese in the same way as cauliflower cheese ends with it turning out an unattracrive khaki colour.
