Use a recipe you like then make rolls instead of bread. Freeze down and take out as needed:)

3 cups flour, 1/2 tsp yeast, 1 1/2 tsp salt, water.
Mix dry ingredients together, mix the salt into the flour first. Add enough water to make a sticky mix, like the consistency of melted cheese.
Cover and Leave to rise for around 4 to 6 hours, depends how warm it is, it should double at least. You can leave it overnight.
Tip onto a floured surface using a knife or spatula to get it out, flip it over to cover, this is so you can handle it.
Place into your loaf tin and put it into a large covered casserole or other container and bake from a cold oven at 190 degrees for about an hour.
This makes quite a small loaf and gives you that great crust.
You could try 2 cups flour, just adjust the water.
