Adomame beans-green soy beans.Not sure where you'll find them fresh-try Asian grocers.Nice steamed,then pulled out of the pods though your teeth.Ate heaps in China,though have seen at some sushi-places.

Look in the freezers in Asian supermarkets.Usually around $2.99 a packet.

Edamamewhich are green soy beans -Japanese name cos that'sthe lot that eat them - weeat them in our houseehold - mixed and cooked with green peas - they arereally really nice.
