I had these at a christmas party 2 years ago and they were lovely. Does anyone have the recipe please as not sure if tinned or dried apricots. They were rolled up like asparagus rolls

I mix cream cheese with chopped dried apricots and spread this on the bread and top with cooked chicken. I usually make ordinary sandwiches instead of rolls.I think maybe tinned apricots will be too moist, just my opinion.This is also nice with chopped dates instead of the apricots too.

cream cheese, dried apricots chopped, cooked chicken pieces, celery salt, Soften cream cheese add ings and combine. Crusts off fresh bread spoon full of mixture on spread out and roll up. Nice also is cream cheese,chopped crystalised ginger, made into sandwiches.

I used canned apricots, drained and thinly sliced, yum. Add a few chopd walnuts - yummier

Cream cheese, ginger, apricots & dates is nice too.
