I used to have a recipe for chocolate chip biscuits but cant remember all the ingredients. I know it has brown sugar in it and white sugar too I think. An egg, and the other bits and pieces. I think it may have been on the back of the cadbury cocoa box. Does anyone remember this recipe and are you able towrite down what I need and the method. Thanks

125g butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar (if you don't have brown sugar, a cup of any ol' sugar works too) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg 1 3/4 cups self raising flour 1 cup choc pieces/chips/whatever
Cream butter, sugars and vanilla. Add lightly beaten egg gradually, beating well after each addition. Mix in sifted flour. Add chocolate chips, mix well. Shape into small golf ball sized lumps onto lightly greased trays. Bake at 190-200'C for 10-12 mins. Should be lightly browned when ready.
