i have heap of wild mushrooms and was going to make creamy mushroonm soup and freeze.can you do it!it doesnt curdle or anything! any other ideas for using up the bag of mushrooms are welcome as well.thanks

make the soup ,but leave the cream out, freeze ,add creme just after reheating
