125 g butter 1/4 cup sugar 3 Ts honey melt in pot and bring to boil just untill it changes colour pour over 5 cups rice bubbles press into tin and set in fridge

Honey Cake
6 cups rice bubbles 1/2 cup coconut 3 Tblsp honey 3 Tblsp sugar 1/2 - 1 cup chocolate chips Lightly grease a deep-sided 20x30cm slice tin or line with baking paper. In large bowl stir together the coconut and rice bubbles Put honey and sugar into small pot, stir over low heat till sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over the rice bubbles and coconut and quickly mix. Add choc chips and mix well.press mixture into tin. Stand 5 minutes and cut while warm.Refrigerate till ready to serve

Rice Bubble slice 125gr butter 125gr sugar 2TBSPs honey or golden syrup Bring to boil & simmer 5min. Remove from heat & add 5c Rice bubbles. Pour into a sponge roll tin. Cut while warm
