chocolate self saucing pudding! make it in a roasting pan-cheap, makes heaps, yummy as!

make a scone dough, roll it our, slice up apples onto the dough, sprinkle with white sugar, roll up like a swiss roll - cut into slices aprox 2 inches thick, put in oven proof dish, pour in water to go 3/4 way up the dough mix, sprinkle with aprox a cup of white sugar and bake - aprox 25 mins or until golden brown - men love this

its so darn easy and quick, and cheap too! My Mum used to make a huge big pan of apple roly poly and my brother and his mates would line up with their spoons at the ready.LOL you can change it by making it with brown sugar and spices etc
