BANANA AND CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

MIX THESE TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL

3 MASHED BANANA’S
¼ CUP OIL
¾ CUP MILK
1 EGG
1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE

MIX THESE TOGETHER IN A MEDIUM BOWL

2 CUPS S. R. FLOUR
2 TBLSP COCOA
½ CUP SUGAR
½ CUP CHOCOLATE CHIPS
½ TSP SALT
¼ TSP BAKING SODA

MIX WELL, ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS TO THE WET MIXTURE. DON’T OVER MIX. SPOON INTO MUFFIN TINS.
BAKE 210 FOR 10 – 15 MINUTES

Banana Choc Chip Muffins

2 Cups Self Raising Flour,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 cup caster sugar,
1/2 cup chocolate bits,
100g butter, melted,
1 Cup Milk,
1 Egg,
1 Cup Mashed Banana's (2-3).
vanilla essence

In a bowl melt butter (i do it in my blender bowl) in the microwave then add milk, (whizz)egg and essence then beat to combine (i whizz again) . I then add my bananas and blend again. I then add my dry ingredients and blend again before lastly adding the chocolate chips.
Bake at 220oC for 12-15 mins.

Absolutely the best banana muffins i have ever made and so easy. 1 bowl and blade to clean and so easy :-)

Would leaving out the cocoa and choc chips make much difference?

My 85 year old father thinks choc muffins are only for kids - yeah he's strange. but he's the only father I have (-;
