Homemade yoghurt - help

I mix a small pottle of any natural yoghurt with 3 largeTbls milk powder and 500mls milk. Keep warm in yoghurt maker. Make thick or thin according to how much milk powder is used.

I use fresh goats milk in mine, and yes when i started i was giving my son "milk yoghurt" LOL he drank it happily out of a glass:-) a friend sugested i added some karicare thickner - the stuff you get in the baby isle in the supermarket, this worked well, just added it as i used it.The latest i have tried is to make hallumi (sp) cheese but once the curds have set hang them in a ball tied up for an hour (so no cooking)then put in fridge to use, i add fruit sauces, yummy
