Need some ideas of what to make with bacon

i got heaps of bacon that needs to be used, i know the orignals like bacon and egg pie and bacon savoury scones and stuff but anymore ideas

I have also done this with cheese, pork fillet wrapped in bacon, enjoyed by everyone!

Bacon Omelette or Bacon Fritters
125gr chopped bacon
pinch salt
1 egg
1/4 pint water
Put flour & salt in a basin. Beat egg yolk with water & mix to a smooth baatter with the flour. Add stiffly beaten egg white, pepper & bacon. Fry till golden

Liver and bacon

fry onion until lightly caramelized
flour, and fry slices of Liver
fry chopped bacon
Add a can of tomatoes with the juice
season with salt and pepper, thicken with corn flour if need be.
no quantities given , I just cook it, because we just love it.

"Spaghetti alla carbonara"

Ingredients for 3 people
*450gr spaghetti (the flat type)
*350gr bacon
*250g fresh cream
*3 eggs
*Oil
*Salt
*A good hand of crumbed Parmesan Cheese
*Pepper
Materials
+ A pot
+ A saucepan
+ A wooden spoon to stir (never use iron spoons!!)

Sauce preparation:
-Chop the bacon in little cubes
-In the saucepan put a bit of oil (aprox 2-3 spoons, no more) with the bacon, and make it brown. Then add the fresh cream, the Parmesan and salt it as you like it.
-Cook it for 2 minutes while stirring
Pasta preparation:
-Cook the pasta into boiling salted water, and drain it after 7 minutes ( Do not wait for it to be 'cooked', after 7 minutes pull it off.)
-As soon as you drain it, pull it into the saucepan with the bacon, and add the Eggs straight.
**This is very important** When you add the eggs, to avoid the eggs to transform into an omelette you have to stir with the spoon *very* rapidly, so the eggs stay smooth.
-As soon as the pasta is all well-stirred, add a bit of pepper and enjoy
