Seafood Dressing

Does anyone make their own Seafood Dressing??

there are hundreds of seafoods dressings.. if you mean thousand island then yes.. it so easy to make.. all you do is put tomato sauce in to mayonnaise, pepper and salt. you can add Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce to give it a bite,diced beetroot is fantastic in thousand island

Here is a Tartare Sauce recipe someone gave me, although I have not tried it
1 cup highlander mayonnaise
1 tsp finely chopped gherkins
1 tsp chopped capers
1 tsp finely chopped parsley
Mix altogether

Seafood Sauce
For cocktailscrayfishprawns crab oystersfishmussels~ Use store bought or home made aioli
Ingredients:
1/2 cup aioli1/4 cup tomato sauceworcestershire saucetabasco sauce1/4 cup cream horseradishzest1 lime &1 lemon..salt and pepper
Method:
Mix all well together and cover. Will store in fridge for a week

Seafood Cocktail Sauce:
3tblsp condensed milk, 1/2tsp mustard, 1/2tsp vinegar, 2tblsp tomato sauce, 1tblsp worcester sauce, 1 cup whipped cream. Mix all this, then add a splosh of sherry, to taste, and salt and pepper. Combine.
Any left over can be frozen.
