Drink hot water. Since I've found this out never used cough medicine again.It really works - try it.

well this works too if you cut up an onion sprinkle it with br sugar and leave over night covered, then when required drink a tablespoon of this at a time when ever needed, it stinks to high heaven but works

Also if you have a nagging cough that wont go away sit up straight ( while coughing) and hold one arm above your head and stretch it out as far as it will go, this way your cough stops.....believe it or not lol

cider vinegar, just a small amount and disolve black balls in it, very minty but works a treat
