hi i have a new cupcakemuffin baking machine and have been making lots of cupcakes that have a very spongy dry texture, would love a recipie for a nice moist choc or bananamuffin plz

Maybe your baking them for too long, cut the cooking time down or add a wee bit more liquid. Or try googling muffin recipes the website www.joyofbaking.com has a huge array of recipes
